Quality Certificates

Universal runs all processes through Transerv, which is a translation automation software developed by the company. Transerv was designed and systematically operates in compliance with Translation Services- Service Requirements Standard EN15038:2009, and ISO9001:2008.

In 2008, and 2009, Universal went through audits with regard to its compliance to said two standards thanks to Transerv, and was consequently certified by BureauVeritas, a flagship organization in the field.
Inspected in 2016 for compliance to EN 17100:2015, which is another major standard of the industry, quality of Universal’s practices was certified once again, upon verification of the company’s adherence to the said standard in production, and process management.
